Our experience with Rocky Mountain Cleaners has been stellar from beginning to end. We’d just moved to Colorado and I’d spoken to a dozen or so companies advertising eco- friendly services from a small, family owned company. But none were as efficient, personable, attentive, and affordable as Rocky Mountain Cleaners.

Ivan personally came to our home, listened to our cleaning needs and offered a detailed list of services and products. The first visit was flawless: the girls arrived on time, went straight to work, and did a very thorough job, as if they’d been cleaning our home for years. We had a follow up email from Ivan checking on the service asking if there were concerns or problems - of course there were none! Ivan and his staff are amazing and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I switched to Rocky Mountain Cleaning Company three months ago.  In part, this was because of dissatisfaction with our previous cleaners, and in part because we were concerned about the health impacts of the harsh chemicals they used.  We chose Rocky Mountain in large part because they were willing to work with us on the choice of cleaning products used.

In the months since we switched to Rocky Mountain, we have been very satisfied.  Their work is thorough, they use ecologically sound cleaning products, and they listen to and respond to our concerns.  It's particularly important to us that we always know who will be cleaning our house -- it's the same two individuals each visit, resulting in continuity and accountability that we appreciate in the quality of their work.

I occasionally work in my home office during the cleaning visit.   Thus, it's important to me that any noise and disruption is kept at a minimum.  With our previous cleaning service, each visit from the cleaners was like a home invasion -- a huge crew, much noisy gossiping and laughing, and absolutely no sense of urgency about completing the work.  My only option was to leave the house and to find somewhere else to work.  Since switching to Rocky Mountain, I've been pleasantly surprised to find that I can work throughout a cleaning visit.  This is in part due to the smaller size of the crew (two people), but I think mostly because they respect the needs of the homeowner.  They plan their cleaning sequence to minimize disruption to my office area, they keep their voices at a conversational level, and they complete the unavoidably noisy tasks such as vacuuming as quickly as possible.

I have no hesitation in offering my recommendation.
